OUR STORY
Chef Char and Chef Shine, sisters that have been in the restaurant industry for well over 14 Years got their start perfecting front of the house positions for popular restaurants in New York City. These sisters were not only known for making great cocktails and having exceptional hospitality skills, but for also making magic in the kitchen. As little helpers shadowing their role models, the dynamic duo was inspired by their Southern and Caribbean parents/grandparents, sopping up all they could with a biscuit! In 2016 after catering countless parties for friends and family, the 2 Queenz officially launched 2 Queenz of Cuisine.
Since then, they’ve trained with Chef Andrea Bergquis and known celebrity Chef Serena Bass, all while learning the ropes with well established and new and upcoming restaurants.They eventually utilized their skills landing them countless catering events through out the Tri-state area on a weekly basis. These Queenz take pride in preparing quality food for the soul using their secret ingredient, love.

CHEF AINSLEY
Born in Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Ainsley discovered his love for cooking at an early age in the heart of his grandparents’ kitchen. Side by side with his grandfather, he inherited the family’s time-honored jerk chicken recipe - a dish passed down through generations and perfected over the years. Today, his jerk chicken is not only a signature, but a reflection of his heritage, passion, and dedication to authentic flavor.
With a degree from culinary school and over a decade of experience in corporate dining, Chef Ainsley has mastered the art of blending tradition with modern technique. His food tells a story - honoring the bold, soulful tastes of Jamaica while meeting the refined expectations of diverse audiences. Whether he’s crafting vibrant dishes for intimate gatherings or leading culinary operations on a larger scale, his approach is always the same: cook with heart, soul, and precision.
